This is probably a stupid question. I have been reading about NPC. I am planning on trying it, but as I read I notice that it is only supposed to be used certain times of your cycle. My problem is right now I do not have a cycle. I get af maybe every 9 months and nothing in between. How do I know when to start and when to stop and how much?

If you don't have a period, you start using the cream at anytime. You use it for 14 days and then stop for 14 days. This will mimick a 28 day cycle. By doing this you'll eventually get a period and you continue with the progesterone afterwards as well.
