Default NPC and a Rash!!!????

Yesterday morning I started using my NPC (used 1/2 teaspoon was using 1/4 teaspoon)... by 9 last night I had a rash all over my body! AHHHHHHHH... so needless to say I have not used it again and the rash has calmed down besides just a few small spots.... so I dont know if it was the NPC... or not... but I am kind of scared to use it again...

what do you ladies think?

take a look at this post.

dong quai.. allergy??

I think it could be the high level of the progesterone.

Does yours look like a heat rash?

That is it! The thing I dont understand it was just 1/4 of a teaspoon more... and it was the first time I had taken any in 14 days... why would it do that to me? I dont know what to do... I stopped it after that first dose... should I wait until the rash goes away try it again or should I just skip it and go back to my pills (prometrium)... this is a really weird and itchy reaction!!!!

I really dont know what to tell you to do.Even though i got the rash, which to me seem to be from to much progesterone i finished my course of tablets but stil never got Af i only spotted.

Good luck in what you decide.
