When you start using the npc, is your temperature suppose to rise immediately or soon? I started on last Friday(1st time) and noticed no change in temperature.....is this normal? I am taking vitex, dandilion, saw palmetto and vits.

some women experience a temp rise when using npc (although, it is usually much less of a rise than if they had used progesterone), some see no discernable difference.
