Default NPC usuage

Hi Ladies,

I have a few questions, I started using NPC on CD 14 and yesterday CD16, day 3 of using the NPC I started spotting in the evening when I wipe. Today I forgot to use the NPC in the morning, I was wondering should I continue using it , this evening or should i stop since I was spotting on yesterday.

I must add that I am trying to conceive and have always had an irregular cycle.

I am not a big expert on npc. But i do know that you are suppose to use it 14 days on ad 14 days off to resemble a cycle. I don't believe that missing it one morning is going to hurt anything. hth

If you are spotting and it's not bright red or anything I would continue it and finish out your 14 days or whatever time frame you are trying for.

I am in the same predicament. I had AF on Jan. 28, and started NPC on Feb 2. When I started the NPC my goal was to suppress ovulation for a few months using it days 5-25, because I have just come off two clomid cycles, and on day 14 of using it I started spotting . It was only brown so I continued and the next day the spotting was bright red so I stopped using the NPC and now I am still spotting brown and red off and on. I am counting forward 5 days and am starting again on Sautrday. If this happens again in a few weeks I am going to stop for 4 weeks with the NPC and then start agin.

It may take up to two months or more to see a pattern. Just hang in there, and continue with the pattern that you are trying to achieve.

I am trying to conceive also and am very irregular.
