Erika,
My registered dietician/herbalist has me on a program that uses NPC and Vitex. I'm taking Vitex twice a day and NPC from cycle days 5-26 (to shutdown my cycle for a few months). Once my cycles regulate, I'll keep taking the Vitex and use the NPC from days 14-26. Hope this helps!

I was thinking of using the NPC to bring AF down. I am not ready to do a cycle shut down yet. I would like to see others results first.
