Hi Everyone, I have searched for an answer to this, so I hope I am not repeating.

I had my first RE appt today, and she said all the hormone results that have been collected with in the past 6 mths are normal! My progesterone has been between 18 and 45 ng/mL and she said this was well within the normal range. I asked for progesterone anyway, and she said she was unable to prescribe it in this country, unless I was receiving treatment such as IVF. Well, ok, I trust her, but I would like to try NPC anyway, just to give us a boost. I have found one, called NATPRO, which contains 2000mg of progesterone per 2g of cream. Does this sound right? And on what CD do you start? She also told me to stop bbt charting as it was getting us nowhere, but stressed out. But if I'm not sure when I ovulated, will it cause problems if I apply it too soon? Also, will I still get AF naturally on it, or will I have to stop the cream?

Feels like a minefield! Thanks in advance
