Hi,

I am thinking about using NPC, i've been ttc fo about 3 years now and been taking Metformin for the past 6 months but my af is still very irregular and I actually tend to suffer from prolonged bleeding and I'm pretty certain that I'm not ovulating. In the past when the bleeding has not stopped the dr has prescribed me northistorone which if I am correct is a kind of progesterone and this suceeded in stopping my period when I took it for 10 days or so and then when I stopped it thus inducing af again. Do you think I should try the cream? As I'm not ovulating should I just start taking it now and if so how long do I use it before I stop again?

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure that I'm going to be doing this correctly and would be extremely grateful for any suggestions/experiences anyone has please.

I looove NPC! it has helped me bring on AF many times...
Im not sure if NPC can regulate you...i know sometimes i dont need it but it does do what its suppose to and it helps bring on AF.
Depending on the brand of NPC you have it should have instructions..

Im at work now so i will have to get back to you with the exact instructions i have but i will throw some out there to give it a shot and get back to you later on...

you apply it twice per day and you use 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon
you use it for 14 days unless AF arrives ...IF AF does not arrive before the 14 days are up the withdrawal of progesterone should being it on with in a few days

Once you get AF you begin NPC again after O and If you dont O you start NPC again 14 days after you stopped.

like i said i will verify again...but this is what i remember for now LOL
