I started taking it once daily since Monday of this week and am already starting to notice when I go to the loo that AF is on her way! I originally thought I was smart and would take it once daily for hormonal balance and when I wanted to induce AF twice daily (@ 1/4 tsp)... but NPC outsmarted me and is on it's way already. For those that use NPC regularly, should I stop use once I am experiencing more AF symptoms and start again in about 16 days(ish)? Thank you!

When I use it, I usually start AF on about day 12 of using the cream. When I start spotting/bleeding, then I stop using the cream. Since I'm TTC, I begin using it again around 3dpo. If you're not TTC, then around CD16 would be a reasonable time to start it up again. Good luck!

Yeah for AF!!!....Nothing feels better than being able to get your body to work with you...seeing as with PCOS it seems that they are always working against us...
