Default numb muscles

my muscles constantly go numb, i always wake up in the middle of the night because my muscles go numb sometimes i have cramps on my legs and my shoulders go numb, it feels like theres an electric current and i cant move it because its painful, i am scared that i might be paralyzed one day, sometimes this happens during the day but mostly it happens in the middle of the night. has anyone experienced this?
