OMG Ren, I LOVE that CRIB! AND that bedding! Gosh, can you send some of your good taste karma over to me pretty please?
I've SO enjoyed looking through this whole thread at all the babies rooms. Mine is currently a catch-all room for junk we don't know what else to do with.... so now I'm all motivated to go take a 'before' picture and get to work on it. Thanks ladies for sharing!

Ok well here is our little girls room, it is pretty basic, im not a very good decorator and we rent so we cant paint or anything so please ignor the blue paint... i still need to put up curtian and wall decorations, i will put her name above her crib...

Ren - I love the round cribs. The bedding is beautiful. I hate pink but I like it with brown.
angel_d_marie - Your nursery looks great! The bedding is so classy. Your dog looks about as thrilled as mine did when they got fixed and wore cones.

I also really like the floral girls bedding. I have not seen anything like it before. And her bassinet is gorgeous.

I had a bad experience with Beyond Bedding's ebay store. We bid on a set a while back and it seems as if they bid on their own stuff to drive up the price. Had happened on a number of auctions they had up to a number of people I talked to about it after it happened to us. Bad policy if you ask me. I was pretty aggravated about it, so needless to say, we did not get our bedding from there. Soon after, I decided I wasnt using bumpers anyway and abandoned the whole thing
REN ~ did you have trouble finding a good selection of bedding for the round crib? My neighbor seriously considered getting one but had a really difficult time finding bedding.

Beautiful! | yes that is the one! i got it off line from walmart, i think it came out to like $130 by the time i got all the accessories...i love it and it is something that will grow with her for a few years and will always look good on a quilt rack for her to keep as a keep sake...plus the colors give you so much room to work, i love the green in them! (also i couldn't tell from looking at the pictures but the green parts are a soft fuzzy material). the bear that is on the rail has a motion activated recording of womb sounds in it to help sooth the baby, i can't wait to see how that works!
Thanks for all the compliments, the bedding set made it easy, i didn't really have to try too hard!!! every one else's look great! some of these rooms just amaze me, i wish i had talent like that!!
My dog was kinda giving me that kiss my you know where look, cause i was telling him he couldn't be on the rug! he was like ha, if it is on the floor it is mine! He seems to have claimed that rug as soon as it hit the floor, i had to move it around with him on it!!! such a pain, but i love him!! | |
