Tell - Your nursery is gorgeous! Great job!
I'm so excited. My mom is paying to have carpet put in our 3 bedrooms including the baby's room! The guy is laying at 9am this morning! I'm so happy that she's going to have fresh new carpet to crawl around on when she gets a bit older!

Tell - LOL..truthfully, the carseat and stroller probably costs more than the carpet! We got a STEAL. The guy only charged my mom $360 to do 3 rooms. That's labor, carpet, and padding. Definitely a price too good to pass up. It probably helps that we live in a small house with small rooms...lol.

Katie ~ I was going to say the same thing as Bianca. JC Penny has some really awesome stuff. I got my bedding from Target. Don't worry... you will be buying nursery stuff before you know it.

Tell - Yeah! My mom was just asking the guy how much he'd charge to do the baby's room, but when she found out how cheap he was she decided to do all 3 of our bedrooms. The 2 rooms that he laid yesterday look wonderful! And it's so soft! I can't wait until he does the master bedroom on Saturday. We laid wood laminate in the living room and hallway about a year ago, but the bedrooms all had carpet that the previous owners had installed 11+ years ago! Eek! It was pretty gross.

Bianca ~ Well I can definately see why you had to give in on that deal! What kind of carpet is it? I love soft carpet. We have berber, and it looks good, but it is not the softest! I can't wait to see pics of your nursery and new carpet. Sounds really good!

Here's a pic of the nursery with the new carpet. I have no idea what kind of carpet it is, but it's soft and clean and that's all that matters to me right now.
