I just wanted to share the moderate success I've had so far with the Nutrisystem program. I started in January of this year and have lost 41 pounds since then (before that I'd lost 11 pounds over a few months, so I've lost a total of 52 pounds. I started out at 234 pounds and now weigh 182).
I follow the plan regularly and work out daily (elliptical, light weight training, tennis, kayaking). I also do a lot of ab exercises that have really helped my belly shrink a bit. It's official that my Reeses' addiction has been replaced by *gulp* exercise! I've been overweight for about 12 years and have never been able to find something that clicks for me like this before.
I know I've seen some posts dissing Nutrisystem on this forum, but I have nothing but good things to say about it - it's a great tool that has helped me overcome some awful lifestyle habits that I had been blaming on PCOS.
The exercise (and watching those numbers go down on the scale!) has really helped with moodiness and anxiety, too!
Best of luck to everyone else who's struggling with their weight. you CAN do it! My one piece of advice is to start being honest with yourself about what you're really eating - I know I spent a lot of years hiding some really bad eating habits (and being hypersensitive any time anyone else said anything to me about it), and finally admitting that THAT was the problem was crucial in making a change.

I've hit my goal (er, passed it up a bit!) - 102.5 pounds lost thanks to following Nutrisystem and exercising...and sticking with it!
I'd been overweight since adolescence and I've maintained my weight loss (current weight: 135 pounds) for 2 years and am (finally!) officially used to being thin.

I've been on WW since February and have lost 37 lbs! I workout 6 days a week, with one day of hiking. I strength train 3 days a week and I have a personal trainer.
Seeing that scale go down is WAY better than MY former Reeses addiction. LOL.
I'm A New Cyster, who's Been Dx With Pcos 3 Yrs. Ago. Since Ive Been Dx With It Iv'e Noticed How Rapidly I've Been Putting On Weight. At Least 5 To 6lbs A Month For The Past Two Years. I've Tried Low-carb ,weight Watchers, But Nothing Seemed To Work, The Weight Just Wasn't Coming Off. Finally I Just Thought I Would Give Nutrisystem A Try,and In A Matter Of 4 Days I Lost 3lbs. Its Not Much But Its A Big Start For Someone Who's Had A Difficult Time Losing Weight.i'm Going In To My Fourth Week And I've Lost A Total Of 6lbs.this Is Without Any Kind Of Exercise. I Can Just Imagine How Much More I Could Lose With Exercise. The Food Isn't That Bad Either. I've Heard Many People Say That The Food Isn't Even Edible ,that It Tastes Like Dog Food, And That It's Way To Salty. I Think That None Of The Above Is True. Sure Its Not Beef Wellington In A Red Wine Reduction Sauce, With A Side Of Grilled Veggies, But The Food Is Edible Come On Its "diet Food" I Personally Don't Care For The Chicken Noodle Soups, Because I Don't Like The Consistancy Of The Gravy But It Is Certainly Edible.the Rest Of The Food Is Great Some More Delicious Than Others, But Most Of All I Agree It Does Work. I Never Thought I Would Lose Weight In A Matter Of Days.so Anyone Out There Thats Is On Ns Keep Up The Good Work, Anyone Looking To Try It Please Do Because It Definately Works. You Just Have To Make Sure You Stick To The Program.#1 Eat The Food That Is Provided For You.#2 Please Make Sure That You Add Plenty Af Fruits And Veggies Because It Is Vital That You Do.#3 Drink Plenty Of Water.#4 Make Sure You Incorperate Some Type Of Physical Fitness With Your Program. Follow Those For Rules And You Will See Results In No Time.
