Default Nutritional Oils (Omega's)

I thought I would try and make a contribution of sorts for a change, well albeit a small one. I have discovered that taking a combination of Omega's 3,6,9 in ratio 2:1:1, a blend that contains linseed, primrose oil etc from Holland and Barrett is quite good. One thing I have noticed is that my hair has improved, quite thick and shiny, much less shedding etc, plus colour has improved of all things! My hairdresser commented on hair quality. It is great stuff, it helps prevent constapation(nice one), and I've also noticed helps with fluid retention/bloated-ness It's really good stuff!

Only problem is it does nothing for acne, or facial hair, but it does help with above plus bad PMT, worth a try. I am a difficult case, hardly anything works for me, but this has helped hair on head!

I have tryed just linseed oil (omega 3) alone, found that while this was ok, not as effecient as above blend:- Tends to dry skin/hair out I found. Also Omega's a are great for brain function, especially Omega 3, not so much Omega 6, the ratio of 2:1:1 is a perfect balance!

(the brain function bit is something I'm still working on! )

Hope someone finds this useful!
