 Nuvaring
My doctor just put me on "continuos hormones" which basically means I'm using nuvaring but instead of being off for a week after each ring I just use a new one. Has anyone else heard of this? I've looked it up and it says it can be safe but it seems like your body should have that week for a cycle and I won't get that. Just curious. |
