At my sons school, they can wear their own clothes and pay 20p. Plus they are asked to bake something to be sold. So i am making some bread right now, and we will make some cake together later on.
WE at school have things called houses for example im in romsey the red tie house and there is arundle and petworth and goodwood
romsey are wearin non uniform
goodwood dressin up as jockeys or racers
arundle dressing up at rock stars
petworth dressing up as parents i think ..?
we all pay a pound and there will be different activities enableing us to raise more money throughout the school

I work for one of the main banks and we do loads for Comic Relief... we have had sweepstakes/raffles this week and our office is decorated in red nose stuff... we are having a breakfast run tomorrow morning, then cake stall and other things being sold in aid of CR.
Then in the evening, our office turns into one of the call centres that takes the calls from viewers of the TV show - I will be answering calls for a few hours taking pledges from viewers. We have shifts from 6:30pm through till 2am - having been at work all day!! Madness, but a lot of fun and for a great cause.
Good luck with all your CR fundraising activities.

hi
my bread raised £6.20 by itself! For 2 loaves -im so pleased plus the cake on top. Counting everyones efforts - school raised £130 so thats great news.
Well I don't know how much was raised but there were loads of cakes, muffins, strawberries dipped in chocolate (YUMMY) and savoury thingies.... and people were woolfing them down so I think we raised quite a bit. You did well with the bread!
I am heading back to the office in a mo... hopefully we will not be on tv.... there are some other call centres that are bigger and will probably get the coverage.

I didn't do any actual fundraising but I did make sure I voted every night for fame academy and I made as large a donation as my depleted student overdraft would allow.
I'm so happy they raised so much! (£40.2 million last I heard). I think it's a fantastic cause, although the appeals are really difficult to watch.
