ooooh im going to tune in tonight. will put a reminder in my phone now..... i watched the You Are What You Eat programme last week - i cant believe what a drastic change she made to the family! it just goes to show what a difference a healthy lifestyle can make doesnt it. i love all these shows but my hubby hates them!
