What were people's verdicts then?!

I thought it was really insightful, especially showing that despite all these protocols etc, it is really difficult to keep hospitals clean, from the lack of communication between domestic staff, to staff and members of the public not using the alcohol gel etc. I was especially shocked when they said that if everyone used the alcohol gel, cross infection from the hands could be eliminated!

I know first hand that alcohol gel can seriously dry out your hands and make them incredibly sore, but surely the fact that it prevents cross infection to such a degree, people should be more responsible when using it.

Also, how disgusting was the doctors staff room??!!
