I am new to the whole PCOS thing, and still a little befuddled by it. I'm looking for any information anyone might have on doctors in North-east Arkansas that specialize in PCOS. I've been to see a gynecologist here in town (Jonesboro) and am now looking for someone who actually knows what PCOS is and what all goes with it. Can anyone help me? I'd even be willing to drive to LR or Memphis!!!
There is an endocrinologist in Jonesboro and I heard he was good.. I thought about going to see him, when I thought my endo was leaving me. I see an allergist in Jonesboro and he recommended him. His name starts with a G I think. I hope this helps and let me know if you like him.

Thanx! I appreciate it. I have heard of him but have not actually gone to see him yet. Thankfully I know he is on my insurance so hopefully those crazy people will pay for it! I will certainly let you know what I think of him when I see him.
Raine,
Welcome to the board. It's nice to see fellow Arkies on here.
If you still have trouble trying to find someone in your area, you can always check out the Arkansas Fertility clinic in Little Rock. They have several doctors there that are very familiar with PCOS. Here's their website link: http://www.arkansasfertility.com/
If you aren't ttc, like me, and just want a good doctor my obgyn in Central Arkansas recommended Little Rock Diagnostic clinic in Little Rock.
