I usually get depressed from mid January until mid may. Then I feel ok the rest of the time . I am starting to take Celexa again so that when mid January rolls around I will be more stable. I really hate taking meds but if it will help it is worth it and if it makes you feel better, all the better
Antidepressants should help lower your bad days a week too
