My insurance is too funny. I can get my meds from my regular provider, but if I want any counseling I have to go to another provider. I hate having to reexplain everything, but I need the talk time. Well at least I will not have to pay out of pocket, blessing in itself. The only reason I am going is because they have a special program for Panic Attacks / Post Traumatic Stress. I sure everything will be fine just a bit nervous.

Oh man, I wish I knew they had programs for Post Traumatic Stress last year!!...I sure could have used it 3 different times...

The appointment went well ... now I have to wait for a group assigned by Medical to go over my history to see if I qualify?!?! I will find out Tuesday if they will ended up seeing me?!

New meds seem to start to be working, dr said maybe the full effect in a month. Today I found out that they approved me for meds but noe counseling?!?! So now I have to find another way to get the counseling. Apparently you have to be suicuidal to get counseling!!! I am going to become so if I don't get the counseling. One would think that some one that is coming in to ask for help would get it.

They called thais morning and said they made a mistake about the counseling. They had an opening this morning at 11 am so I called me mom and she took me over. That goodness for moms!!! It's amazing how I feel a bit relieved and tired at the same time.
