I'M PREGNANT!!! I got 3 positive, albeit slight, tests today. I tested on the 1st and it was negative. I tested twice on the 4th. Both were negative. I tested 3 times today and all were clearly positive!!!! I thought I was seeing things and asked my sister to look. She hugged me and said congratulations. It said if you had a lot to drink it can dilute the results. I drank about 2.5 L of water. I am going to test again in the morning when the HCG concentration is the highest. I think this one is going to go well. Last time it took over a month to get a positive result. This time I got a positive (3 positives) in 11-12 dpo. I will of course update you all, whether you want to know or not, about the results of the morning's test.

congratulations!!!! I have been having light positives too lately and I'm unsure to believe it - I go and check it out Friday. I'm kind of worried because I m/c in Jan. - but I think positive vibes is the most needed thing.
Keep us posted!!!

Torie: Yes, I did mean to post here. I just had a miscarriage last month and a lot of the women here have been helping me through it. I posted here to let them know that I am pregnant again.
Wendy: Thank you and congratulations to you too. I know about the fear. I had mine last month (9.1). Horrible doctors and an all around horrible experience... But, we just have to believe that this time it will be different and try to do what we can to make a difference. That probably isn't the right thing to say. I'm sorry if I offended you. It's just that I analyzed my miscarriage so much that I won't repeat the things that I think caused it last time. But, i'm still scared. That was quite a longwinded way to say that I empathise.

Congrats Acajou73!
Hope you have a happy & healthy pregnancy!
I too wondered if you meant to post here. I know that when I suffered my miscarriage it was very hard for me to read about others pregnancies while I was suffering so I enjoyed knowing this was the one place I could get away to and not have share in others news untill I was ready to.

Ok, good! So many people mispost I was making sure you knew where you posted so you didn't kick yourself later.
Beetle girl: thank you for the congratulations. I am so sorry. I didn't think about that. But, since other people had posted their pregnancies, I didn't think at all about it hurting someone. I know when I first lost my baby, it was comforting to me to read about other women on this board who had gotten pregnant because it gave me hope. I apologize sincerely.
Torie: thank you

Acajou73,
I'm sorry I wasn't trying to make you feel bad. You have every right to be happy and want to share your news so go on doing it. Just because I wouldn't post about being pregnant here doesn't mean that you don't have to.
Congrats again!
Congratulations on your BFP! I'm so glad for you! I had hoped that's what was going on.
I am working on a HUGE project at work and won't be able to meet until after October 15th. Do you think you'll be settled in by then, and still interested in getting together?
You mentioned you are an FZS '91 grad...I am from SCHS, same year...home of the Fighting Pirates...
