Unhappy Oh my gosh!!! Piggy, piggy, piggy

I have done nothing but fatten myself up this holiday! Anyone else??

I am so disappointed in myself and can tell I will be falling into a little depression/pity party by tomorrow.....I need to get on track as far as diet and excercise, but I have no motivation....HELP!!!!

Anyone else have my problem or am I the only one out here with it????

I guess I'm looking for a few "You can do it's"!!

Oh, I'm with ya there! I swear, I think the only food my family had to eat on Christmas Eve was cookies. There were at least 5 different kinds! Oh yeah, and some chicken too! I've been a disgusting pig, and I'm vowing to go on a diet - mine and my husband's New Years' Resolutions!

What really made me realize it - I went to Lane Bryant to get a new sweater to wear for christmas, and looking in the full length mirror made me want to cry. As a matter of fact, I did cry when I got home. I told my husband I didn't know how he could be married to someone so disgusting.

So....even though we're never together to eat a meal (except weekends), we're going to figure something out. I'm tired of being tired and fat all the time.

We can do this....we cannot let food get the better of us!

My down fall stareted around Halloween and ever since then I swaer I've added 10+ pounds to my body But DH and I have decided that we need to get back on track....So our resolutions are start eating healthy AGAIN! Good luck you can do it, maybe checkout fitday.com like the PP mentioned!

Don't be too hard on yourself. Just pick up and get back on track. It is impossible to not eat something a little bad for you at the Holidays.

I swear my family had nothing but a raw veggie tray that was good for us this year. I could have been better but now is the time to get back on track.

I know what it is like to look in the mirror and be nothing like the healthy self I was many years ago...it almost seems like a distant dream. I am really committed to conquering this though. I know you can too!
