Default Oh No! I think it's starting!

Of all the PCOS symptoms that I have the one thing that I have been thankful not to have to deal with is hair loss. However, yesterday when I was getting out of the shower and combing my hair I noticed a ton of little fine baby hairs all around the front and top of my scalp- mostly near the forehead. My hair has always been thick and I never blow dry it or put it in pony tails. Also last time I got my haircut- like 2 months ago- the stylist was asking me if I used a lot of heat on my hair because I had a lot of "fly aways". I didn't notice it at the time but I'm assuming that this is what she was talking about. Is this broken hairs, new hairs, the beginning of baldness?? I'm worried because lately I have also noticed that my hair seems a bit thinner although I haven't really seen any balding areas nor have I noticed more hair in the shower than usual. My last blood work shows normal testosterone levels. Is there anything else I should have checked or anything I could do to stop this in its tracks? How and what did you first notice in regards to your hairloss?

The first thing I noticed was thinning around my "bangs". I never noticed losing more hair than usual or anything else out of the ordinary. At first I thought I was just being paranoid, but then after a few months, I realized that it was really happening.

Watch closely and go see your doctor ASAP! Tell him/her that you think you're losing your hair. Though your testosterone checked normal, it could be vitamin-related or due to another cause. It also wouldn't hurt to start using something like Nioxin right now.
