I take 2000 mg. of Met. daily.

Today, I took 2 this a.m. and took 2 with dinner. Well, for some reason, tonight I forgot that I took the 2 at dinner and took 2 more. So, that's 3000 mg. for one day.

I'm not sure what to do. I expect that I will have some severe stomach symptoms.

I hope that this will be ok. Any advice? Have you ever done this before?

WeLLI don't have any advice except to tell U that my aunt is ment to take 300mg a day & she's still here so I think it will be ok U may be a bit sick!! i hope u come through unscaved best of luck!

I did something similar once and then forgot to eat right away, so I had a major low blood sugar episode! Those are damn scary. I hope everything is OK with you today...I'm guessing you don't need any extra fiber today.

I did feel a little extra tummy sick this a.m. but I feel fine now. I only took 3 Met today instead of my usual 4 and I waited until night time.

No, I absolutely did NOT need extra fiber today..
