SO if af shows up while still taking npc so u stop or do u continue until the end of the days?

i ask because i have had only one application and today i am cramping really really bad. so.......

Keep using it until AF comes, then stop. It should help the cramps feel better, too. If not, try taking B vitamins and magnesium, as they will help cramps, too. This is a really good supplement that REALLY helps with all sorts of PMS symptoms: http://www.mynsp.com/naherbs/product...?stockNum=1812

If you use NPC for more than 3 weeks, and still no AF, stop for 7 days, and it might come. If it doesn't, use it for another 3 weeks and see if it comes. It might take 3-6 months to get AF if you haven't had it naturally in a long time. That is according to Dr. John Lee's web site. (or maybe a web site that quoted him). Shouldn't take NPC more than 3 weeks in a row, though. But that might help trigger your body's cycle. good luck :-)
