Please send me your love and strength. I'm already having a nervous break down. DH & I haven't been away from each other since the day we found out Dylan passed. I know I'm just gonna lose it tomorrow being around everyone. I hope I can make it through the whole day.
Talk to you all soon.
((((HUGS))))
Laura

Sending good thoughts your way, and hoping you find the strength and peace that you need to face this difficult occasion.

You are so brave! Please take care of yourself. If you need to leave, go. If you think a phone call with DH would help, do it. If you need time in the bathroom to cry, go. I'll keep you in my thoughts!!

Good luck to you. Today will be hard. Be prepared to take a half day or a few hours off, as it may be too much. My first day back I made it until about 2 pm and went home (they didn't know what had happened, but between some physical aftereffects and just not liking being out in public, that's as far as I made it). Be prepared for at least one thoughtless and insensitive comment probably from someone who means well. Try to understand that they don't know what to say either, and think that they're providing comfort. Be prepared to find that people are going to have their hair on fire about some work-related event and all you're going to do is think "how trivial, stupid and meaningless is this issue?"
you're cysters are with you! hang in there...and keep kleenex handy. let the tears flow as needed. you can do this!
