A couple of tips...
Put some eye drops (the kind that treat bloodshot eyes) on a Q-tip and dab it on the red marks. The eye drops cause the blood vessels in that area to constrict, temporarily decreasing the redness. You would need to do that just before leaving for your job interview, since the effect only lasts an hour or so.
If you wear foundation, you can also try using a green cover-up. You can find a green cover-stick in pretty much any make-up department and they're usually pretty affordable. It sounds strange, I know, but the green cover-up counteracts the red spots somehow. So you dab a little of the green cover-up on the red spots, blend it, let it dry, then apply your usual foundation. The red spots will be camouflaged more effectively than with a regular cover-stick or foundation alone.
HTH, and GL with the interview!
