My Mood: Points: 1,508.29 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,508.29 | OK, here we go!! Long time lurker, first time poster...
I am going to jump in here with both feet here. I tried prescription meds about 5 years ago, got preggo my first month on Met, continued throughtout my pregnancy, but stopped while BF, just never went back, I gues that my hormones were just messed up from pregancy, but I wasn't having many problems, other than hair that is. Lately, I have decided that I must lose weight and get healthlier, wasn't happening with out outside intervention, so I researched natural therapies (with much help from you girls)
So, Wednesday I finally got my suppliment order. Cinnamon, Mulit-vit, Vit B, Calcium-Magnesium, black Cohash, Saw Palmetto, and Flax Seed. (I don't have the bottles in from of me, so I have probably mis-spelled the names).
Yesterday and today, I took the first 4 on the list, figuring that I would build up slowly, adding another every 3-4 days. I notice that from time to time, I am getting these periods (5 minues or so) of queasy feelings. They seem to go away and if I will just sit down and allow them to pass all is well, just wondering if this is normal? Which should be causing this?
Thanks for your help, looking forward to my changing body and life!!

Hope this helps!

My Mood: Points: 1,508.29 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,508.29 | OK, things are getting better. I have started to eat fruit for breakfast, then I take the suppliments with a Nurtigrain bar...seems to be working for me.
I am up to the following each day, once again, I am not looking at the bottles so I will probably mis-spell them...
2 calcium, mag, pot
2 cinnimon
1 mulit vit
1 B-125
1 Black Cohosh
1 Flax Seed oil
then later in the day I will take another cinn, Black Cohosh and Flax Seed, depending on how I have been eating, perhaps another mulit-vit.
On Sunday I will add either chroninum or Saw Palmetto, then add the other on Wednesday.
I have already lost 5 pounds!!!!
