I wrote a post in the past on how my gyn wants me to get on the pill for 2 months to regulate my cycle. I am also ttc at 32y/o My doc gave me a provera dosage which is gone already (5 days) to bring AF. I decided to continue with Vitex and add don quai I am currently on 1500 gluc and everytime I see my End/Gyn she is constantly fussing over my weight which is 194. I think the pills do damage after a while I tried to regulate before on the pills for 3 months (Yasmin) and my hair started falling off and I got cramping in my knees.

I have purchased Evening Primose and Femgest pro cream but she said the dosage was too little in regulating my hormones.

Any input comments or sugg would be appreciated
