Default Ok I know this sounds overdramatic

Ok I know this sounds overdramatic, but it just doesn't seem normal to me. Lately whenever I walk or do any sort of exercise, even if for only a short time, I end up feeling nauseous, like i have a really high fever, sweaty, have a really high heartbeat, headache and have difficulty breathing. it usually takes about a half hour for the symptoms to go away. Although I'm not the most active person, the same walk that I have been making the last year to campus and back is now requiring me to stop at least once, and by the time I get to class (should be a fifteen minute walk at most) I feel like this. Am I making a bigger deal out of this than I should be?
Thanks for any opinions you have.

Definitely sounds like something that needs to be addressed by your doctor. Hope you feel better soon.
