Ok Im irrational but I have to ask...clomid ?

Background: (sorry im rambling) Today is my first day on clomid. I have been spotting monthly and my dr told me to count it as a period and start taking clomid on the 5th day even if I stop spotting. So, today is my day 5 and I took my clomid this morning, but I am having an irrational fear that I may be preg and the spotting, which only lasted a day, was implantation spotting. Can someone talk me down? I think it is b/c of my last miscarriage and that I have had this new surge in wanting to get pre after visiting my accupuncturist. I saw her wwo weeks ago (she specializes in infertility). To my surprise my sex drive went crazy, and for a week I could not get enough ...anyways, I know that that type of surge in my sexdrive is what helped me get preg last time.

Ok my question: If I was preg I would only be two weeks along and not preg enough for a test to indicate, so would you hold off the remaining clomid?

*If* you Ov'ed how far past are you? Two weeks past Ov? a reliable test date if 14-18DPO generally.
You should be able to tell by now if you are pregnant if this is the case.
I say test, and if a BFN then go ahead.
Now, you can also ask for a beta from your doctor, it's more sensitive.

I also recommend that you start charting your BBT to get an idea of when/if you are Ov'ing. This removes some of the guesswork.
