Default OK new to the nutritional supplements and need help...

I got some information from my Chiropractor about nutritional supplements and PCOS and went to Walmart and bought some that were on the list. I got some Chromium Picolinate, and Fish, Flaxseed, and Borage Oil. I will be going to GNC today to get some Vitex as that is the only place up here that I can get it at I think. So my question is do I continue to take the Metformin I was prescribed or do I stop and see what happens with just these. Also what else is there that everyone else takes? Do you take these? How about other vitamins or other nutritional supplements? And when I get Vitex am I supposed to take it EVERY day or do I only take it certain days of my cycle? And how much to I take??

Are you in the market for wedding or other types of floral bouquets? Or are you in need of jewelry or even a new rosary, whether it be for yourself of as a gift?
