Hi Ladies,
I'm Kim, and this is my first post. I was just recently told that I'm one of the lucky winners of pcos as well. I'm not quite sure how to feel about it. On one hand I'm relieved to know that someone has finally put it all together and figured out what is wrong...but on the other hand I'm scared to death. I just started this week on Yasmin and today on Metformin. (which from reading some of the posts here, I'm not so sure if it is a good thing or not LOL) It seems like you are very supportive of each other and understand what it feels like to be on the pcos boat. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and making some new friends.

Welcome! We're glad you're here.

I had great results with met, more regular cycles, weight loss, and pregnancy. What helped me most with the side effects was to take the met right in the middle of your meal and to low-carb. Hope this helps!
