Wink Ok it's not a BFP but I'm still SUUUPER excited!

AF came last night! SURPRISE! So that means either the soy over dose caused it or (heh...long story let's just say I should have done more research) (oh and I have learned my lesson) I ended my vacay from the gym and started a light workout routine last night to ease myself back into the swing of things that could have given it that extra push AF needed too. Either or I might have ovulated and now AF is here...

I feel like a real girl! And I guess ma girly bit's can work , It's a good feeling.

Eumie - Sweet! Congrats. The things that "regular" girls would never thing to celebrate!

I know right?! The DH is just waiting for the "honey moon" phase to be over and AF to show her ugly side and then me to turn into the raving lunatic wife that might just banish him to the couch if he eats my friggin chocodiles .... lol It's good to be a girl!

So just to verify 120 mg of soy isoflavones just before bed time on CD 5-9 right? or should I start on CD 3-7 I heard it makes for a stronger egg. Also I plan on starting my NPC (clearpatch) right after I get a positive Ovulation test. Sound about right?

Personally I'd take it 3-7. It seems that most women O earlier than they would expect on the soy and as I normally O'd on cd 18 I wanted to see if I could up that by a couple days which it did. It's entirely up to you though. I don't think it really matters.

Thanks for the quick response Chris one last question, the tablets of the soy isoflavone that I thought I had over dosed say's the tablet's are 1000 MG right but the ingredients say that each tablet has 62 MG total of soy isoflavones. Should I just buy another bottle or will these work?

hehe, no problem, I'm avoiding work and lurking, muah ha ha!

Frankly, your soy scares me, LOL. I would head to the old WallyWorld and see if you can't find the regular 40mg tablets. They've got nothing but 40mg soy and some calcium. With yours I'd be curious to see what the other 938mgs consisted of!

So totally true Chris! I was thinking about it cuz were a bit short on funds right this instant (eeek shhhh don't tell the hubby I spent like WAY too much shopping for xmas. I reasoned it was saving me stress later on lol last minute shoppings SUCKS!) but I'm kinda scared of them too now lol. What the heck is Daidzein Glycitein Genistein... I don't know that's what I get for sending the DH to pick up the soy lol.

haha, it's probably totally fine, but I just wouldn't take the chance. The walmart stuff is literally something like $4 or $5 bucks a bottle though and you get enough for at least three months.

Good luck to you!

I'm so excited for you getting AF. I went through the same thing last week after a long 45 day cycle AF came and was actually like a normal period. I was practially dancing in the streets. One of my friends commented that I was crazy to be celebrating "the curse" but hey, without AF there is no CD1 and no charting or soy or clomid can be effective without CD1

Just to clarify the soy you've got is soy isoflavones, right? That's what you're supposed to take for ovulation.
