...it's too flippin' hot!!!!! I'm toasting. I can't concentrate in work and consequently have managed to get hardly anything done since lunchtime. I really hate this weather, my Irish blood just can't take it. Roll on winter afternoons curled up on the couch with a blanket!
I detest the heat like this. I just got back from Italy where it was nearing 40 degrees and I thought it'd be a relief to get back home but no such luck huh!

I also get awful heat rash on my arms and back of my hands... it was just clearing up from the heat wave two weeks ago and now it's back again!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrr
I am definatly a winter person! NIghtmare trying to keep a baby cool in this weather! You know its gonna get even hotter this week dont you??!
Oh I know...heat wave warning valid til Thursday! Urg... I remember last year trying to keep Dara cool was a real struggle. Do you have a fan for night time, that worked wonders in keeping her cook. I also put her to bed in just a vest.

I'm missing it all, i work rotations where i'm at work 11-2300 for 3 days and off for 3 and i'm not off to wednesday so i hope it keeps nice. I've just had my back yard paved so there'll be no housework or cooking done, i'll be out topping up my tan.
I often think it must be awful for babies because you can't explain why it's so hot (i have similar thoughts about teething)

I am not over seas but I HATE the hot weather. The index for today was 104. Just drowning me in ice! I like OCT nove sometimes dec here when I can keep the doors open and no heat opr a/c.

Its going to rain plus thunder on thursday apparently. I can't wait but im going to light water valley(theme park) with the school on thursday which won't be so good. Hate hot weather can't stand being sweaty and hot and I teach in a room with 80 computers so its absolutley boiling in here.
