We are filling out our paperwork for the background checks and such and they ask about local, state & federal charges, arrests and such. Does this include speeding tickets? My 1st thought is no, but I don't want the stuff sent back or CPS to look at it and think we are not being truthful. Anyone in Texas know the answer? I have left two messages with two different CPS employees and haven't had a returned phone call all week. Thanks for the help and putting up with my stupid question.

Thanks ladies! I still have not had a call back from anyone. I will just pray that the CPS employees find rest and relaxation soon, I am sure they are overworked.

I agree they won't count for anything. They will most likely run a background check at the local level and it would come up but it's no big deal.
