i think im going to try using regular popcorn,and spraying I cant believe its not butter spray on it (o fat,o calories) i use it sometimes on toast,and its ok..

Popcorn is something you have to be very careful with. 2 cups popped popcorn =12 carbs. On some low-carb diets all corn products are verboten.
