Looking for someone in Omaha. Would consider going to Lincoln or over to Council Bluffs for someone recommended. I work practically down the street from the Med Center in Omaha.

I'm not sure about the Omaha area, but since you are willing to consider someone from Lincoln. Try the Women's Clinic of Lincoln. It is a friendly place. They are located just off "O" Street by the Gateway (Westgate) Mall.

Is their website. Ummm.... if nothing else maybe give them a call and see if who they would recommend in Omaha?

The Nurses and Docs at the Women's Clinic have been very friendly with me. I usually work with the nurses who are assigned to Dr. Swanson. Their dietician was great and willing to take a little extra time to explain things. They are also associated with a Family Clinic for general medical stuff, so it's really easy going between them and a GP for other things.

Dr. Nafach is the endocrinologist they refered me to and he has been helpful so far in explaining what tests, why, and all that.

I hope this at least gives you a lead for someone who will help you with things.

Since you work near the Med Center maybe just give them a call and see who they may recommend?
