YES! DBF suffers from Bipolar Disorder and our naturopath and his psychiatrist both recommended that he take omega-3s for the condition ... not sure if it helps with depression, but with manic depression it can be very effective.
(((Pink))) I've heard it has worked wonders for many people. I tried it and I got zits! lol, made my skin very oily, but it was worth a try. I always thought to myself, "can't I just eat tons of salmon?" Apparently not, it doesn't work that way. Maybe give it a try, good luck
My doctor had me on fish oil concentrate for a while. I was also changing other meds at the time, so I can't tell how much the FOC actually did for me. I think my thyroid meds helped the most. The FOC did make my hair a bit nicer though.
