I had a check up with my new gyno today after taking Clomid 100mg for 5 days last week. Well what a shock I got when he said 'well your about to ovulate, come back tomorrow morning and with a sperm sample and we will do an artificial insemination on you tomorrow morning'!
I am exciting and nervous! Please send heaps of babydust our way, any that you can spare!!! I didn't think we would be trying this so soon! But the doctor wants to get us pregnant (and so do we!) as soon as possible.
Anyway just had to tell you all.

The best thing is that I got my bloodtest results back (full numbers this time) from Thursday's test.
LH - 22
P4 - 18.7
E2 - 3580
The doctor was really happy with these numbers as he said it meant that the clomid had worked and the ovulation was happening. Which explains the amount of pain the ovaries have put me through the past few days. After the bloodtest (friday's) I rang to find out my results, and it shows definate ovulation (yayyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!) so it was perfect timing for the IUI.
Now I just have everything crossed as does everyone else who knows what I was having done yesterday. I don't know how I am going to live for the next 2 weeks!!! At least I have run out of HPT's from saveontests, so I won't be peeing on any sticks until the 14 days are up. I am not going to allow myself to buy any until at least then. (I say this now, but I bet by day 12 I will be down the chemist picking up a couple LOL)
Anyway..... I hope the boards aren't down again in the next 2 weeks, as I think it will be my only salvation from insanity!!! GG hope your computer is better now. Talk to you soon girly!!
How are you doing? yeah hopefully this is it! I have everything crossed as does my family and close friends who knew I was having it done. My friends mum is a psychic, (she has predicted a lot of things have come to fruition over the past few months to me so I believe her) she says she has a feeling this is it too. I know not to get too excited at the thought that these cramps that I am having at the moment might actually be something happening down there, its the wait that is going to kill me.
I have started planning the next two weeks of things to do to take my mind off the fact that I am waiting to find out if it worked LOL. Alot of scrapbooking will be taking place LOL Just hope I can find more photos to keep myself busy with. I'll keep you updated
Didn't get a chance to drop in on the boards on Friday, and then they were down when I tried on the weekend, so I'm only just catching up!!!

Wahhoooo 12 weeks and 2 days omg I can't believe you are that far along already!! It only seems like last week you found out. Glad that everything is going smoothly!!
