I don't think it should. I have done this before and noticed no problems or changes with how I felt. It is my understanding that once the meds are in your system, and I think it takes about 2 weeks to get the benefit, it is sort of a regular dosing issue to maintain insulin and other hormones. I went out of town and was short 3 days worth and I still got AF later that month just like normal. Hope this helps.

Fawn - don't feel bad. I've been on Actos for four months now. The first two months, I got my period like clockwork. The last two, I've not ovulated and got myself put on Provera (just starting round two tomorrow).

I don't feel too confident about the drug. My endo might let me take one whole tablet (i'm currently taking half) and its costs a lot! And i'm not insured
