I just saw another article that answered a long going mystery health incident that I've had! I've only been at SC for a few weeks but I've learned so much stuff...For example... When I was 16ish I had one breast that was very asymmetrical to the other, my mother was really concerned and had the doctor do an u/s which found nothing... and though I never have had regular periods the two were never put together. Now I know it's related to the offset of hormones r/t PCOS. I was induced when I had my daughter due to hypertension... I just found this article

I also didn't produce any milk after I had my daughter and I only recently found out it was related to PCOS as well. And for future reference I can go on progesterone therapy and BF w/o a problem.I have just really found out a lot of stuff that I've never really known the cause of and I've never have had answers for. I wasn't really looking for answers because I had given up hope on a lot of the mysteries but just by playing around on SC forums I've had nearly every medical mystery solved. It's crazy ... and so awesome that now I know what was going on and how to treat it in the future. Thanks for the wealth of information!
