I am going to be starting a low dose birth control after my new daughter is born.

I haven't taken any birth control since I was a teen (before pcos showed up)

what is the best pill to start out on? I've heard diane mentioned but nothing else really.

basically what I want is something that can help regulate my cycles until I can get my weight under control and hopefully my body will start regulating them on it's own (my pcos didn't show up until after I had my first daughter and gained 60 lbs)

Its hard to say which bcp is the best since everyone's body reacts differently to them. I would ask your doctor what he/she recommends and try that.
