Default One of the best pieces of motivation i have seen

I also use SparkPeople to get motivated for weight loss and to help track all the weight i have lost or gained.

I came across this motivation article about donating your weight lost in canned food to your local food bank. I found it to be a great way to motivate myself and am seriously considering this.

I hope you read it and enjoy it as much as i did.
