I need to loose about 30lbs to get down to 115. That being said which diet did you choose and did you have good results. Which one is easier to stick to? I am so confused, I keep going back and forth I just need to pick one! please help me

I thought that they were basically the same. They are both sorta diabetic diets.

They are basically the same with different "gimmicks" for lack of a better word. I.R you have linking and G.I you have your red, yellow, and green light. I have just looked at them superficially though and was wanting others opinions who have tried them.
