Hello everyone. I'm new here to the board, it's comforting to see that there are others out there that know what I'm going through. This year has been one roller coaster of a ride. I first found out that I have PCOS then with further testing we found out that my husband has male issues as well. Needless to say we were both pretty devasted because the only way we will have a family is through IVF/ICSI. I have a very supportive family that will help us with the cost but it is still a very expensive venture and I know that not everybody is as fortunate as we are. I found an online petition that I've signed and have asked my friends and family sign as well to present to the government to assist people with infertility treatments. Here's the site: http://www.ivf.ca/financialhope.htm. I don't know if it will actually happen but at least our voices will be heard.
