Online Support? I woke up in the midle of the night last night having an anxiety attack. I have felt the lingering effects of it all day and it has put me in a bad mood. Now I should be getting ready to go to bed, but I don't want to because I am having anxiety about having another anxiety attack when I sleep. I spent my day trying to convince myself that I wasn't going to have an anxiety attack in front of my kindergarten students.
Does anybody know of any free online anxiety support groups/chat room that I could look into?
