I hope someone here might know what I'm talking about. Someone told me a while ago about a program you could download onto your computer which allows you to record the dates of your menstrual cycle, and it tracks changes, lets you know when you're most fertile, and so on. I can't remember what it's called - I think it's something like '4Women'. It doesn't have to be the same one I was told about, if anyone knows of another program/website like this. It'd really help me to keep track of my cycle and monitor any changes.

Try fertilityfriend.com. It's a free online resource where you can track your cycle, plus you can upgrade if you wish to pay. There's heaps of info on there too. I haven't heard of the 4women one, but someone else may have.
