I've been using fitday for a while now but I'm keen to find a more kj (or even NZ!) friendly online journal.
(or if anyone knows if I can change to kjs in fitday it would be appreciated!)

I use calorieking.com.au, it's free for the online version I'm assuming you mean kgs too, in the way you are trying to find something friendly to our measuring system

No i meant 'kj', as in energy (rather than calories). Not 'kg' as in weight.
