Will there be women that understand this. I feel like I am going to be plucking my chin for the rest of my life!
And my poor hair is so baby fine now! Used to be so thick and full! *Sigh* I just want to be "normal" again!

Well, if it's any comfort, most women, once they get in their 40s or go through menopause, are going to be plucking chin hairs. Even non PCOS women. So in a way, even though it looms ahead like an endless future of plucking, everyone else is going to be doing it too!
As far as normal.......you're normal for you! Everyone out there is going to have some health issue that makes them feel like the odd one out. It's just part of being human.
I understand your feelings......I just don't want you to beat yourself up for them. I hate chin hair too!

It's a fact that most -- though not all -- women will develop a moustache and beard of some sort as they get older and their production of estrogens drops off to nothing while their production of limited amounts of testosterone continues. With our much higher levels of testosterone, often as high as many males, we're a bit ahead of the game.

It's important that we realize that for those of us with PCOS it's quite normal to have features that otherwise only males have -- beard growth etc.

I can't say I hate it -- I've been shaving as long as most men have -- shaving my moustache every day by the time I was 15. My beard didn't really come in until I was in my 40s, but it's no big deal.
I feel your pain daily myself, every morning when I get to work I get out my mirror and my tweezers and check for wild hairs in my moles and under my chin. I hate being so hairy.
And I also have baby fine dry hair, that gets so oily if you don't wash it every day that it feels like it weighs a ton and I get the worst headache.
